He was the co-founder of the collaborative TikTok group The Hype House and began releasing music. His debut EP, ‘You’ll Be Alright, Kid (Chapter 1)’ (2024) spawned “Burning Down”, his first single that appeared on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Alex also reached the top of the Billboard Hot 100 for a few weeks and topped the charts in multiple countries with his 2025 single “Ordinary”. That same year, he won “Best New Artist” in 2025 MTV Video Music Awards and earned nominations for “Song of the Year”, “Best Pop”, “Song of Summer”, and more.
